Approach in service is from a strengths-based focus - while it is important to have an understanding of where our difficulties may be, it is equally important to recognise the areas in which we experience strength. Through recognition of our areas of strength, we can help build strategies to better support and understand any cognitive difficulties experienced. With experience working in a multidisciplinary setting, Jenni recognises and values the input and observations from a multitude of sources important in each individual's life and care.
